You must register online for this event.

Paddle Trails Membership required for registration.

Participants are required to wear a Coast Guard Approved PFD at all times while on the water. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

About this event

In this two-day course, continue to practice whitewater skills while learning how to safely navigate obstacles and maneuver efficiently and effectively through a dynamic environment.  You will learn more advanced skills and paddling techniques as well as individual and group strategies for navigating rapids.  Students need to have boats that are designed and equipped for whitewater. Wetsuit or drysuit and other whitewater gear required.

Difficulty: Class II (II+)
Cost: $75.00 per boat

Prerequisites:  

* Comfortable paddling Class I rivers
* Able to swim 25 yards

* Canoe designed for whitewater paddling with full flotation.
* Drysuit, helmet, PFD
Capacity: 6 boats
